Aerohive Networks, the developer of WLAN and Wi-Fi equipment, announced today that it has raised $25M in a new round of funding. According to the firm, the Series D was led by
New Enterprise Associates, and included all prior investors, including Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Northern Light Venture Capital. The funding will go towards sales and marketing, and product or company acquisitions. The funding follows the recent acquisition of Pareto Networks in January. Aerohive said the new funding brings its total raised to more than $70M.
