Magnet Systems Scores $12.6M
Palo Alto-based Magnet Systems, a developer of social applications for the enterprise, has raised $12.6M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Andreesen Horowitz. Magnet's CEO and founder is Alfred Chuang, one of the founders of BEA Systems. Magnet's first product is Sales WIN, which uses social networking to help sales peopel connect with their customers.
