Ambarella, a developer of semiconductors for the video and image processing market, said last week that it has filed for an IPO. The firm is looking to raise up to $65M in its IPO. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities, Stifel NIcolaus Weisel, and Needham & Company. The firm is backed by Benchmark Capital, Walden International, Matrix Partners, Wintech Microelectronics, and others.
