Sunnyvale-based
Crocus Technology, a developer of magnetic semiconductors, said this morning that it has acquired the MRAM patent portfolio of
NXP Semiconductor. Financial terms of the acquisitoin were not disclosed. Corcus said the patents provide it with IP rights in multiple geographies, including North America, Europe, and Asia. Details on specific patents, and financial terms of the transaction were not announced.
