Smartlogic Buys Semantic Software Firm
San Jose-based Smartlogic, a developer of semantic search tools for the enterprise, said Thursday that it has acquired SchemaLogic, a developer of content management and semantics software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Smartlogic said the buy will provide it with new customers, particularly in the pharmaceutical and life sciences areas.
