Enlighted Lights Up With $14M
Sunnyvale-based Enlighted, a startup focused on reducing energy lighting usage through better control of lighting, announced today that it has raised $14M in a round of funding, and launched the company. The firm said its funding round came from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Intel Capital. Enlighted was founded by Tanuj Mohan and Premal Ashar. The firm's technology revolves around a sytsem for individually monitoring and controlling light on a per-fixture basis.
