Grockit Adds $7M
San Francisco-based Grockit, which operates online social learning and education tools for the test preparation market, said this morning that it has raised $7M in a Series D venture round. The round was led by Atlas Venture, and also included prior investors Benchmark Capital and Integral Capital Partners, and new investors NewSchools Venture Fund and GSV Capital Corp. The firm said the new funds will go towards growth. The round brings the company's total raised to $24M.
