TrustedID Acquires Unsubscribe.com
Palo Alto-based TrustedID, a provider of privacy services aimed at credit and identity theft protection, has acquired Unsubscribe.com, the firm said Tuesday. Unsubscribe.com provided services to help users unsubscribe from unwanted emails. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Unsubscribe.com was venture backed by Charles River Ventures, First Round Capital, DFJ Frontier, and angel investors.
