Poshmark Gets $3.5M For Virtual Shopping Parties

, a new startup which ties mobile apps with the idea of "shopping parties", said Tuesday that it has raised $3.5M in a Series A funding, and launched its free iPhone app. The funding was led by Mayfield Fund, and also included Kanwal Rekhi/Inventus Capital, Jeff Clavier/SoftTechVC, and Ron Conway/SV Angel. Poshmark is headed by Manish Chandra, and includes much of the early team of Kaboodle.
