Bill.com said today that it has raised $15.5M, in a Series D round for the developer of accounts payable and accounts receivable applications for business. The firm said the round came from Financial Partners Fund (FPF), a unit of Citi Capital Advisors, along with prior investors DCM, Emergence Capital Partners, August Capital, Jafco Ventures and Total Technology Ventures. Bill.com said the fund will go towards scaling operations, product development, and marketing. Bill.com is led by Rene Lacerte.
