SiliconBlue, a developer of FPGA-based, single chip low power mobile chips, has been acquired by
Lattice Semiconductor, in a deal worth $62M in cash. Lattice said it would buy SiliconBlue to boost growth of its products in the mobile consumer market. SiliconBlue was venture backed by BlueRunVentures, Crosslink Capital, NEA, Apex Venture Partners, TSMC and Atlantic Bridge, and had raised at least $73.0M in funding.
