ezRez Buys Topguest
San Francisco-based EzRez, a developer of travel, loyalty, financial services software, said Tuesday that it has acquired fellow San Francisco firm Topguest. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Topguest provides loyalty and social networking tools for travel loyalty programs such as United MileagePlus, Hilton HHonors, and others. the two said they will continue to operate both brands, and that all of Topguests's employees are joining the EzRez team. EzRez is venture backed by Canaan Partners and Azure Capital Partners.
