Tello, the developer of mobile applications and software to gather instant customer service feedback from customers using mobile devices, said today that it has raised $2.7M in a funding round. The firm also launched its services. The company, which was founded by Joe Beninato, said the round came from True Ventures, Bullpen Capital and SV Angel. Tello is looking to help companies better gather information on how they are doing with customer service, direct from consumers using the iPhone, iPad, or Android phones.
