Khosla Ventures Backs iPad Signature App Maker SignNow
Menlo Park-based Khosla Ventures is backing the developer of a free, iPad application which allows users to electronically sign documents. SignNow said this morning that it has raised $2M in a Series A funding round along with other, un-named Silicon Valley investors. SignNow's software runs on iPhone, Android, and iPad--allows users to collect electronic signatures for agreements. The firm is based in Newport Beach, California.
