Skout, the developer of location-based networking apps which center around flirting with others, has raised $22M in a funding round, the firm said this morning. The funding came from Andreessen Horowitz. The firm said the funding will go to grow its network, which helps people make new connections, meet new friends, and possibly a date. The firm's app runs on both iPhone and Android. The company is headed by Christian Wiklund.
