TorreyPoint Buys Proteus Networks
Sunnyvale-based TorreyPoint, a provider of information systems consulting, said earlier this week that it has acquired Proteus Networks, a provider of IT consulting services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Proteus Networks specializes in education and professional services for Juniper Networks. The two said that Proteus Networks will continue to operate as a separate brand.
