Code Advisors Lands $25M From JPMorgan Chase
San Francisco-based Code Advisors, an investment banking firm focused on emerging technology and media, said today that it has scored $25M in a minority funding from JPMorgan Chase. Code Advisors was co-founded by Michael Marquez, Fred Davis and Quincy Smith. J.P. Morgan's Jes Staley will become a non-voting observer of the firm's board.
