SunSun Lighting, a Chinese devleoper of LED lighting products which has offices in Palo Alto, said today that it has raised $30M in a Series B funding. The round came from GSR Ventures and Oak investment Partners, along with angel investors. Allan Kwan of Oak joins the company's board. SunSun Lighting is developing an integrated LED sytsem, which includes electronics, housing, packaging, and optics. The firm's latest product is a MR16 replacement for current halogen lighting products.
