ON24 Buys Spanish Firm
San Francisco-based ON24, which provides webcasting and virtual event services to enterprises, said Tuesday that it has acquired a European provider of virtual event services, IMASTE. Financial term sof the buy were not disclosed. IMASTE, which is based in Madrid, provides virtual event services to companies in Europe and Latin AMerica. ON24 said the deal will increase its growth in both of those markets.
