San Francisco-based webcasting firm ON24 said Tuesday that it has raised $8M in a combination equity and expansion capital financing. According to the firm, the funding came from U.S. Venture Partners, Canaan partners, and Rho Ventures, with expansion capital from Gold Hill Capital. The firm said the funding brings its total raised to more than $46M. ON24 said the funding will go towards expansion of sales and marketing and product development. ON24's services are used for online events, lead generation webinars, and other webcasting efforts.
