Sonatype Lands $25M
Palo Alto-based Sonatype, which develops open source components and development software, said today that it has raised $25M in a financing round. The round was led by new Enterprise Associates, and also included prior investors Accel Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures and Bay Partners. SonaType, which is led by Wayne Jackson, said the funding will go towards product development and marketing. NEA's Harry Weller joins the company's board.
