Pleasanton-based
IronPlanet, an online marketplace for used, heavy equipment, said Friday that it is withdrawing its IPO. The firm cited "current market conditoins" for the move. IronPlanet had originally filed for its IPO in 2010. The firm is venture backed by Accel Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Caterpillar, and others.
