Electronic Arts Seeks Buyer, Says Report
Electronic Arts has been in talks with a number of private equity firms about a buyout, according to a report yesterday from the New York Post. The report said EA has talked with KKR and Providence Equity Partners, among others about an acquisition at around $20 per share, valuating the firm at nearly $6.4 billion. The New York Post cited sources close to the firm for the information.
