Kiip, which develops software and services for managing mobile rewards and loyalty, has added funding from Japanese strategic investor
Digital Garage. Kiip said that Digital Garage was an investor in its recent, $11M Series B funding. Kiip is venture backed by True Ventures, Relay Ventures, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Verizon Ventures. Kiip, which is headed by Brian Wong, is developing a "mobile rewards network" focused on rewarding mobile games and app users with brand-focused rewards.
