Trifacta Nabs $4.3M For Data Visualization Tools
San Francisco-based Trifacta, a developer of visual software for the big data market, has raised $4.3M in a funding round. The round came from Accel Partners, X/Seed Capital, Data Collective, and such angels as Dave Goldberg, Venky Harinarayan, and Anand Rajaraman. Trifacta said its technology was developed from collaborative research between Berkeley and Stanford.
