EcoFactor Plugs Into $8M
Redwood City-based EcoFactor, a provider of residential energy management services, said Thursday that it has raised $8M in a venture funding round. The round came from new investor Aster Capital, and also included its prior investors, Claremont Creek Ventures and RockPort Capital Partners. EcoFactor provides a cloud-based platform to help manage home energy consumption. The firm is led by Roy Johnson.
