Instart Logic Finds $17M To Improve Web Application Performance
Mountain View-based Instart Logic has raised $17M in a funding round, the firm announced today, from Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Sutter Hill Ventures and Tenaya Capital, as well as others. The firm develops a cloud-based service which helps accelerate the performance of web applications over wireless networks and Wi-Fi. The firm said the funding brings its total raised to $26M. The company's founders are Manav Mital, Hariharan Kolam and Raghu Venkat, all of whom were at Aster Data.
