Guidewire Software Buys Millbrook
Foster City-based insurance software developer Guidewire said last week that it has acquired Millbrook, a provider of business intelligence and data products for the property and casualty insurance business. Financial details of the acquisition wer enot announced. Guidewire said the buy will not have a material impact on its revenue or profitability.
