BloomReach, a developer of web personalization software for the e-commerce and marketing industry, has raised $56M in a funding round, the company announced today. The Series D funding came from Bain Capital Ventures, Battery Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, New Enterprise Associates and Salesforce Ventures. As part of the funding, BloomReach has added Marcus Ryu, the CEO and Co-founder of Guidewire Software to its board. BloomReach is led by Raj De Datta.
