OpenTable Buys Rezbook From Urbanspoon
San Francisco-based OpenTable has acquired Rezbook, the restaurant reservations service owned by Urbanspoon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to the two companies, the acquisition also calls for Urbanspoon to use OpenTable's restaurant reservation service as part of its own, online restaurant reviews and information site.
