RingCentral has filed for an IPO, looking to raise up to $100M in a public offering. The firm's IPO is being underwritten Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Allen & Company LLC, and Raymond James. RingCentral is venture backed by Sequoia Capital, Khosla Ventures, DAG Ventures, along with others. RingCentral said it looking to list as RNG. RingCentral provides cloud-based, communications service aimed at enterprise customers.
