RingCentral Calls Up $12M
Redwood City-based RingCentral said this morning that the firm has raised $12M in a Series B funding, in a round led by DAG Ventures. Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures also participated. RingCentral operates an online, virtual PBX system for small businesses. According to RingCentral, it will use the funding to enhance its products and services, build partnerships, and distribution. The round follows an earlier $12M funding closed in September of 2007.
