WaterSmart Software Gets $4.5M For Water Conservation
San Francisco-based WaterSmart Software, a developer of cloud-based software for helping consumers to cut their water consumption, has raised $4.5M in a funding round. The Series A round was led by The Westly Group, and also included Physic Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ), and Apsara Capital. WaterSmart is led by Peter Yolles, and helps water utilities work with their residential customers to help reduce their water usage.
