Adaptive Planning announced this morning that it has added a number of strategic investors to the company's
$45M funding round. According to the company, it has added salesforce.com; Jeff Epstein, the former CFO of Oracle; and others to the funding. Adaptive Planning did not disclose the amount of investment by those new investors in the round, but said the funding will go towards reaching new markets, and expanding the capabilities of its business and financial analytics software. Other investors in the company include Bessemer Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, Royal Bank of Canada, ONSET Ventures, Monitor Ventures, and Cardinal Venture Capital.
