Mountain View-based Adaptive Planning, a provider of business performance management software delivered as a service, said Tuesday that it has raised $10M in a fourth round of funding. The firm said the round was led by RBC Venture Partners, and also included prior investors Cardinal Venture Capital, Monitor Ventures, and ONSET Ventures. Robert Antoniades of RBC Venture Partners joins the firm's board as part of the funding. The firm said the funding will go towards product development, marketing, sales, and business development initiatives.
