CloudFlare Raises $50M
San Francisco-based CloudFlare, which provides web site performance optimization and security tools, reported it has raised $50M in a Series C funding round. The round actually occurred back in 2012. The funding came from Union Square Ventures, Greenspring, as well as New Enterprise Associations, Pelion Venture Partners, and Venrock. The company said it has now raised $77M in funding.
