Oracle Buys BlueKai
Redwood Shores-based Oracle said today that it has acquired BlueKai, a developer of cloud-based, big data software for personalizing marketing campaigns. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Oracle said it would use the buy to bolster its Marketing and Social solutions. BlueKai was backed by GGV Capital, Redpoint Ventures and Battery Ventures.
