PipelineRx Gets Strategic Investment
San Francisco-based PipelineRx, which provides outsourced, telepharmacy services to hospitals--allowing them to access remote pharmacists by phone to bolster onsite clinical pharmacists--has raised $5M in a strategic investment from AMN Healthcare Services, a provider of healthcare workforce staffing services. PipelineRx offers up telepharmacy services to acute and specialty hospitals, letting them outsource their pharmacy staffing and provide round-the-clock pharmacist coverage. AMN Healthcare Services has added a representative to PipelineRx's board with the funding.
