Box Files For $250M IPO
Los Altos-based cloud storage provider Box.com has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing that it is looking to raise up to $250M in its IPO. The company said it has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange as BOX. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, BMO Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity, Pacific Crest Securities, Raymond James, and Wells Fargo Securities. Box is backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson, U.S. Venture Partners, General Atlantic, Scale Venture Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Meritech Capital Partners, among others.
