North Coast Medical Acquires ActivaTek
Gilroy, California-based North Coast Medical announced this morning that it has acquired ActivaTek, a manufacturer of trandermal drug delivery patches used for anti-inflammatory drugs. Financial details of the deal were not announced. ActivaTek's transdermal drug delivery patches are used for iontophoresis, a method of delivering very small doses of anti-inflammatory drugs through the skin. North Coast Medical is a supplier of physical rehabilitation medical products.
