Modria Buys Juripax
San Jose-based Modria, a developer of online dispute resolution software, said today that it has acquired Juripax B.V., a provider of online mediation software. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Juripax is based in the Netherlands, and provides European online dispute software for helping mediators resolve everything from divorce to e-commerce issues. Modria was founded by Colin Rule and Chittu Nagarajan.
