Cisco Puts $150M More Into Investments
Cisco Systems said Wednesday that it is allocating an additional, $150M in funding for Cisco Investments, the company's corporate venture capital arm, for Internet-of-Things investments. The new funding comes on top of an existing, $2 billion of investments that the company has made through its venture capital arm. Cisco said the move will allow it to become more active in the startup community and expand its portfolio.
