said this morning that it has made a number of investment in France, as part of an earlier announced effort to invest $100M in investment in the country. According to Cisco, the investments include an investment in French software developer
6WIND
, which develops software used by network operators to manage performance issues; a partnership with Internet-of-Things developer
Actility
, as well as backing for startup incubation efforts

NUMA Sprint Accelerator Program
. Cisco did not details specific financial arrangements with the various companies and programs.
