Cisco Makes Investments in French Startups
Cisco said this morning that it has made a number of investment in France, as part of an earlier announced effort to invest $100M in investment in the country. According to Cisco, the investments include an investment in French software developer 6WIND, which develops software used by network operators to manage performance issues; a partnership with Internet-of-Things developer Actility, as well as backing for startup incubation efforts Le Defi, The Camp, and the NUMA Sprint Accelerator Program. Cisco did not details specific financial arrangements with the various companies and programs.
