ScaleXtreme Acquired By Citrix
San Mateo-based ScaleXtreme, a developer of cloud systems management software, has been acquired by Citrix, as part of the launch of Citrix Workspace Services, a cloud-based desktop deployment service. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ScaleXtreme had raised around $11.0M in funding from Accel Partners and Ignition Partners.
