Counsyl Gets $28M For Genetic Testing Service
South San Francisco-based Counsyl, a provider of inherited, cancer screening testing services, said this week that it has raised $28M in a Series D financing round. The company said the new funding was co-led by Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Counsyl said the new funding brings its total raised to $93M. Counsyl is led by Ramji Srinivasan.
