Niche Nets $2.5M To Network Media Creators
San Francisco- and New York-based Niche, which operates an online network for media creators, said this week that it has raised $2.5M in a seed funding round. According to the company, the funding came from SoftTech VC, Box Group, Lerer Ventures, SV Angel, Advancit Capital, William Morris Endeavor, Kevin Colleran and Gary Vaynerchuk. Niche is led by Rob Fishman, formerly head of social media for the Huffington Post.
