Freshdesk Gets $31M
San Francisco-based Freshdesk, which offers up a software-as-a-service, help desk product, said today that it has raised $31M in a Series D funding. The funding was led by Tiger Global Management, and also included Google Capital and Accel Partners. The funding reportedly values the company at $250M. FreshDesk said the funding will go towards global expansion and ramp up R&D for Freshservice service. The company said the round brings its total raised to $44M.
