Freshdesk Finds $55M For Help Desk Software
San Bruno-based Freshdesk, which develops cloud-based, customer support software, has raised $55M in a Series F funding, according to the company. The funding was led by Sequoia Capital India, and also included Accel Partners. The funding reportedly values the company at around $700M. Freshdesk is led by Girish Mathrubootham, and also has major operations in Chennai, India.The company has now raised $149M in total.
