WideOrbit Buys Admeta
San Francisco-based WideOrbit said last week that it has acquired Admeta, a developer of sell-side, digital programmatic advertising platforms. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. WideOrbit provides advertising management software for companies, for managing theirads on radio, broadcast television, cable, and elsewhere. WideOrbit said the move would help expand its digital offerings for major media companies.
