Oracle announced this morning that it has agreed to acquired
TOA Technologies, a developer of cloud-based software for managing field service personnel. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. TOA Technologies develops software-as-a-service to manage field service requests, dispatchers, mobile employes, and more. The company's customers include DISH Network, E.ON, Home Depot, Ricoh, Telefonica, Virgin Media and Vodafone. TOA Technologies was venture backed by Draper Triangle Ventures, Early Stage Partners, Intel Capital, and Technology Crossover Ventures.
